Caution -- this is no ordinary red—it’s a powerhouse Syrah from the legendary Hermitage AOC, crafted by Delas Frères, a name synonymous with Rhône royalty since 1835. For over 190 years, Delas Frères has embodied the rugged spirit of Rhône Valley winemaking. If you’re hunting for a bold, complex wine to impress your crew or cellar for a special occasion, this is undoubtedly IT. 

The single vineyard grapes that built this stately Syrah are grown on the highest hillside vineyards that Delas owns, made exclusively from the best vines. The elevated south-facing plot creates an amphitheater where Syrah vines work hard to push their roots deep into the granite soils. The remarkable result? Waves of complexity, power and sheer elegance (not a contradiction!). This bottle is not for the faint of heart or the impatient (time will deliver some serious dividends on this one – if you can wait!). A heady mix of leather, spice, olive and ripe blackberry starts the ensemble, with a round of fresh floral and smoky notes rushing in tandem, followed by an unexpected fresh factor on the meat meets mineral-driven finish. Stunning from lifted start to full throttle finish. Outstanding with a carnivorous diet! Unbelievable with medium rare ribeye, NY strip or rosemary stacked roasted lamb.
