Sourcing from their acclaimed Bavarian Lion Vineyard (Knights Valley) to build the bottle of single vineyard, estate grown Cab, the brothers have kept it close to home by partnering with a childhood friend turned winemaker to build a phenomenal Cab from the ground up. Sustainably farmed, fish friendly farming certified, solar powered, regenerative ag in the vineyard – the list goes on, but you get the gist.
Crushed blackberries, dark cherry, and a dusting of tobacco powder burst from the glass, with hints of stony minerality and dried plum aromas weaving through the glass. On the palate, the savory story is all about velvety tannins, sweet spices, rich chocolate, and a long, lingering finish that screams sophistication.
