An everyday drinker that’s about to let you break all the rules.

Enter 2018 Angels & Cowboys.

A wine project started by friends to challenge the conventional way of thinking about wine, while indulging the lover, the trailblazer and the rule breaker in all of us.

A blend of fruit from Dry Creek Valley, Russian River, Alexander Valley, and Carneros, the blend changes slightly every vintage, but the result seems to always over-deliver and keep you coming back for more.

Deep garnet in the glass, Marasca cherries, spiced mocha, purple flowers, mulberries, black fig, hints of cola, cool minerals and crushed stones bring a smooth and polished offering to the table, with fine tannins and a velvety finish that balances fruit, tension and spice

The goal here is to make wonderful wine that speaks to the soulful drinker in all of us. Proof that good wine doesn’t have to be expensive or complicated, it simply has to be made by good people with good intentions, and of course the use of spectacular fruit is always a plus.

A little love from the critics never hurts, and finding a $15 wine with a 91-point score is like finding a needle in a haystack. But these friends behind the bottle consistently put out juice that impresses, and the brand has serious staying power as a mainstay in the arsenal.

The only question is are you an Angel or a Cowboy.

Drink now and decide later.

James Suckling

A fun blend with lots of character, delivering ripe fruit, but at the same time some cedar, bark, tea and vanilla undertones. It’s full-bodied, but relatively balanced and polished. Zinfandel, petite sirah, syrah, grenache, carignan and merlot. Drink now.
