Florida Springs exotic high-end Sauvignon Blanc driven elixir is exactly what we want for those Indian Summers that seem to be finding us more and more these days.
Pale straw with flecks of gold, fantastical aromas of pear, mango, jasmine, honeysuckle, lemongrass, and green apple erupt from the glass, only to be met by additional layers of quince and ginger with time in the glass. Crunchy minerality meets notes of beeswax, honeydew, lime zest, and spiced vanilla only add to the party, leaving little to be desired from a palate pleasure standpoint.
A killer kiss of French oak rounds out the palate, and they throw in splashes of Chardonnay and Malvasia (an Italian varietal) for nuance and depth that is downright spectacular! The Sauvignon Blanc really shines through in the end, which only adds to the superior quality this bottle delivers.

Wines like this are starting to find their place throughout the Napa Valley, which we must admit makes us smile. It’s awesome to see some sophisticated aromatic whites begin to dot the vinous landscape of Cab country.
