Geyser Peak Walking Tree Vineyard Cab Sauv 2021 A flagship Cab kicking some serious pedigree, this 2021 Geyser Peak stunner hails from a family- owned and family run winery originally founded in 1880 (literally the 29 th bonded winery in the state of CA - busting out some epic bragging rights!). The name “Walking Tree Vineyard” tips its hat to the legendary oak that literally slid down a hillside in a storm and refused to die. Now in its 16th vintage, it pulls from prime eastern benchlands and western Geyserville sites (we’re deep in Sonoma’s iconic Alexander Valley), blending diverse soils and microclimates into one powerfully complex bottle.

Powered by a blend of 97% Cabernet Sauvignon and a feisty 3% Petit Verdot, this bottle greets with glimmers of garnet and a flash of amethyst in the glass. Then pops with a juicy mix of red and black fruit and a spark of flinty lift. Bright acidity keeps things lively and that splash of Petit Verdot? Well, it works to round out any rough edges in this medium bodied beauty, while silky tannins cruise into a long, lingering finish.

Fun fact: This juice spent 20 months in French oak with Cab and Petit Verdot fermented separately before blending.
