Bright lights and big city.
That’s what we think of when we stare into a glass of this Albariño.
The 2021 Pazo Da Boucina is an absolute marvel in the making. Pale yellow in the glass, there’s a clear and glossy appearance that draws in the eyes, and the aromatic intensity pulls you into the glass and has no intention of letting go.
We happen to love Albariño any time of year. Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall, there's never a bad time for this Spanish golden elixir to make an appearance. It’s just that good, and we can always find something to pair it with, from cheese, to seafood, or simply drinking it on its own.
Hailing from the northern coast of Spain in the town Rias Baixas, there is nothing quite like sipping Albariño and pondering the makings of the universe. This wine makes it easy, as those aforementioned aromatics continue to permeate the nostrils with ease, and will have you diving back into the glass simply to take another whiff.
Citrus, pear, white flowers, salinity, and peaches… it’s got it all! Throw in a potent palate full of ripe fruit and electric tension, and you’ve got a liquid cure for anything that ails you. Vibrant acidity and crunchy rocks help the wine finish bright, and that terroir sits on the palate with serious style making you dream of sunny beaches with warm days no matter where you are and what you are doing.
Fabulous juice that over delivers in every way possible.
