The Bernard Tornay estate was founded in 1876 when Bernard and his wife took over from his father-in-law, but Bernard Tornay and his wife didn’t just inherit vines. Nope, they inherited centuries of know-how. Both families have deep roots in Champagne since the 19th century, making this a legacy over 150 years strong. Today, the estate is run by Bernard’s daughter and her husband Rudy, a fifth gen Champagne producer himself. The Domaine is built on 52 acres, with 14 acres dedicated to Chardonnay and the rest gives rise to Pinot Noir. 

This stunner comes straight from the Grand Cru village vines of Bouzy -yep, that Bouzy, nestled in the Montagne de Reims between Reims and Épernay. For those in the know, the wow factor here is off the charts. Bouzy’s big claim to fame? It’s world-class Pinot Noir.  In fact, it's the only village legally allowed to produce a Grand Cru still wine from Pinot Noir - a prestige play that few can make. This isn’t just good stuff... it's the stuff dreams are made of.

Dig a little deeper, and you’ll find this village is famous for its ultra-chalky subsoil, a versatile vine partner that traps heat and stores water, perfect for handling scorching summers.
