Clos des Centenaires isn’t just a place - it’s a force. Tucked into a wild little valley framed by hundred-year-old olive trees and towering oaks, this is where time slows down and ancient vines still call the shots. The land is the backbone. The anchor. The why.

Winemaker team Luc and Stephanie Baudet’s work is grounded in a heady motto: EX IUSTA CAUSA PATIENTIA NATUS EST - Patience born of a just cause. Amen! Cheers to their vinous cause and their patience that results in stunning, ultra expressive sunshine wines that are effortlessly drinkable. Lemon, almonds and white honeysuckle flowers dance with a divine minerality. Stainless steel keeps things fresh from start to finish. 

The wines born here carry more than terroir. The pour is a raw expression of nature, sharpened by culture and serious craftsmanship. These aren’t polite little sips. They’re raw, unfiltered blasts of nature. Terroir turned up to 11. Every pour screams intention: fruit that’s strategically ripe without being sloppy, and that effortless drinkability that makes you go “wait, how is this this good?”

Luc and Stéphanie aren’t chasing trends. They’re chasing truth in the glass. And when the cause is this legit, the patience pays off in the bottle. No boring wines. Just vibrant, sun-kissed, and crazy affordable.
