Shaping and sculpting the slopes (and the wines) of Vergisson since 1905! The Barraud family cranks out legends across Pouilly-Fuisse, St-Veran, and Mâcon-Villages. Today, their biodynamically farmed, high-altitude (1300 ft) 60-year-old vines yield late-ripening fruit loaded with texture and tension. Les Crays, a hand-harvested 2.5-acre parcel perched just below the iconic Rock of Vergisson, rides south-facing sun. Its iron-kissed soils turn the fruit into a mineral-packed white wine with weight, polish, and serious nerve - even in the toasty 2022 vintage.

In the Glass: Stone fruit and honeysuckle reel you in but the vibrant, mineral-laced palate seals the deal. The medium-bodied palate is vibrant and finely textured, threaded with a subtle mineral line that carries into a crisp, dry, engaging finish.
