Gustave Lorentz IS the name, the legacy, the legend. This sixth-generation Bergheim estate (since 1836) turns out elegant Alsace wines and sparkling Crémant from 85 acres of daring hillside vines, Grand Cru included. Sustainable, terroir-driven, with a dash of biodynamic flair, the Lorentz family nails that playful French-German merge of super expressive Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris… and the always ON Crémant d’Alsace (THE deserted island pick for countless somms).
Bottle-fermented the classic méthode champenoise way, this 100% Pinot Noir rosé pops with minerality, vibrant red fruit, and a drier, structured twist on sparkling pink perfection. Hand-harvested and gently pressed, this rosé spends 36–48 months on lees, building creamy complexity and fine, persistent bubbles. Vinified in stainless steel, dry and elegant, the Lorentz fam delivers an outstanding fruit-forward fizz that’s shockingly generous for the price.

Bursting with strawberries, raspberry, and an ALWAYS WELCOME whiff of brioche, this rosé sparkler is dry, creamy, and juicy with a zesty, persistent finish. Fruit- forward and flirty, with lively bubbles and just enough minerality to keep things interesting. Perfect to pop anytime or pair with light bites.

Magic? Yep, it comes packaged in Alsatian Brut Rosé. Some things are just meant to sparkle.
Bubbles are CALLING!

"Juicy Red Delicious apple and a hint of smoke on the nose usher you into this wine. At first sip, though, red berries like cherry and cranberry take center stage. The apple, smoke and a delightful hit of pepper are supporting players. A bracing back palate acidity offers a palate-cleansing sensation, but the finish on this wine is gently fruity and ultimately savory."
